Why do we live?

Each day a new cry is heard,

As a new soul, risen from dust commences their walk

Simultaneously...

As another soul, returning to dust reaches the finish line

Life!

Many a time vain words fall upon my ears

Live life to the fullest, for you only live once

Permit me to reiterate

Why do we live?

Created to serve a purpose

Not for the mere consumption of oxygen

Nor as mere decorative pieces

Most deviate their purpose

In stillness,

Even stagnant trees serve purpose

For the burning rays of the sun

Shade they provide

Friedric Nietzsche once said

"He who has a why to live for can bare almost anyhow."

Purpose,

A reason for everthing

A reason for every being

Predsetined

Created for greatness

To serve and to love

Keep on becoming, until you become...

Then keep on becoming, until you have completely become.
